What is the Treasure Hunt?
The Treasure Hunt is a family friendly fun competition that takes you around Truro to different locations in your car.

You and your team meet at the Highland House Museum parking lot and receive a list of clues that you will need to solve.  When you successfully solve a clue, you will go to a location where you will find a beach bucket with letters in it. You take a letter and continue to your next clue and bucket.

Once you solve all the clues and collect all the letters, you will unscramble the letters to make a word or a saying. Pre-registration is recommended, but absolutely not required.

Prizes go to the first and second cars that meet at the Cobb Library with all the letters, all the clues solved, and the word or saying solved! There are usually 8 or so clues to solve and there is a theme that is sometimes but not always connected to the Truro Treasures theme.

Knowledge of Truro history is helpful but not always necessary. It is most fun to have a team of three to four.
