I’ve grown up defined by the ocean and the beauty surrounding it. The Cape and Islands were my playground as a child and an adult. When my friend Charlotte asked me to paint a plate with her for the fundraiser, I jumped at the opportunity. I closed my eyes and all I could see was an endless wave of blue hydrangeas.
