Spirit of ’76 — THS Summer Party

Join us for a festive summer evening at the Highland House Museum on July 16 from 5–7 PM as we gather for the Truro Historical Society’s signature summer fundraiser. Set against the sweeping backdrop of the Highlands, this special event brings together community, history, and celebration in support of the Society’s ongoing work.

Guests will be welcomed with an oyster and shrimp bar, followed by a delicious selection of seasonal light bites catered by Box Lunch—perfectly suited for a relaxed summer gathering. We’re also delighted to partner with Truro Vineyards to offer a signature cocktail created just for the occasion, The Spirit of ’76, a spirited nod to this historic milestone. Adding to the ambiance, members of Sentimental Journey return by popular demand to provide live music throughout the evening.
