A Mexican Mole Celebration
Dinner for 8 people on Saturday, August 17that 6 pm
Join us for an authentic Mexican dinner which will feature Mole Poblano, the typical dish for Mexican occasions. The complex sauce consists of roasted chiles, nuts, chocolate and spices. The menu will feature:
Appetizer: Homemade guacamole and salsa with chips served with Margaritas and/or Mexican beer
Entrée: Mole Poblano with chicken, Mexican style rice, refried beans and corn tortillas with wine or Mexican beer
Dessert: Pastel de tres leches
